❗️OPEN ME ❗️ There’s two types of “eating less” - and one of them, you want to stay far away from! There’s “eating less food” (the one you want to avoid btw) and this is the one where you just cut out foods and are hungry af all the time. That one really doesn’t help you lose the stomach fat and keep it off. Now, here’s the one that you do want to do: Consuming less calories than your body burns. The goal here is to eat as much food as possible while staying within a realistic caloric deficit. Adding high volume low calorie foods into your days are a great way to do this.
