Sounds good! To make it look and feel more controlled, try this: take a pencil and put your index at one end, your pinky at the other, and apply pressure (pretend to try and break it) with your thumb in the middle. Also, press the strings against the fretboard with the very tips of your fingers (not the pads unless you’re playing fourths). Look at other guitarists.
