Los ingredientes son ✍🏻:
1 Taza de Zanahoria rallada 🥕
2 Tazas de Harina de Avena 🥣
1 Taza de Yogurt Griego🥛
1/2 Taza de Leche de Almendras🥛
2 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva 🫒
2 Huevos y 1 clara 🥚
Linaza, Vainilla, Miel y Canela al gusto 👅
1. En un bowl mezcla todos los ingredientes húmedos: huevos, aceite, miel, vainilla, yogurt griego y leche de almendras.
2. En un bowl aparte mezcla todos los ingredientes secos: harina de avena, canela y linaza.
3. Incorpora todo y agrega la zanahoria. Revuelve muy bien hasta que tengas una mezcla homogénea y viértelo en tu molde de preferencia previamente engrasado o con harina para que no se pegue.
4. Hornea durante 30 minutos a 350F ó 180C.
👉🏻De frosting le puedes poner el de tu preferencia o lo puedes hacer con: 1 taza de yogurt griego ó queso crema + endulzante al gusto + chorrito de limón y ralladura.
