творог - 500 г.
яйца - 2 шт.
манка - 100 г.
сахар - 100 г.
ванильный сахар - 10 г.
сливочное масло - 50 г.
молоко - 50 г.
Все смешать , пробить блендером , в конце добавить манку перемешать и оставить на 20 минут разбухать, форму смазать сливочным маслом и посыпать манкой, переложить в форму смазать верхушку сметаной и запекать при 190С , 50-60 минут, зависит от вашей духовки . Подавать с сгущенкой , вареньем, джемом , как кому нравится 🥰
