Depends on the effects of luffys toon force cause luffy is a free spirit and we have yet to see any other character having toon force in the verse, for example, if it can only used for something comedic then thats hard to make beneficial in day to day life. Also the fact that a gag characters personality usually goes hand in hand with their toon force

In here more than a toonforce is the wraping and manipulation of reality itself even by you mere presence. It looks like toonforce because of the way Luffy uses it, cus Gear 5 potenciates his goofy personality that is his true self. In reality, he can quite literally fold reality on will and all the csrtoonish things are happening in real time for the rest of characters too. A good ecsmple is when Kaido's eyes multiplied in a cartoonish way. Everyone saw that happen. That's how insane those powers are cus there was no contact, no words nor direct intention on it. It just happened because in Luffy's head that's how the situation goes.

I think gear five as it's basically anything you want is reality I think maybe so couldn't you just "remove" the drawbacks also you have to be super smart and do atomic level math in seconds to fully utilise gojos arsenal I think
