Tips are,

1. If you are lactose intolerant, please avoid milk and avoid bloating.
2. After eating, should not be lying in the bed atleast for 2 hours to avoid bloating.
3. Importantly, daily need to drink water based on weight.

These points i noticed on myself personally and followed these steps to avoid bloating.

Im following @DrPal advices for about 9 months.... my overall health has improved dramatically and have lost 10kgs , do 8k steps daily , energetic n happy....i eat between 11am to 6pm...Ty @DrPal God sent Gutman for a reason❤🎉

Dr Pal ji .. please check your UNDERSTANDING of Indian diet ..
It’s only in last 20+ years
In India people have less physical work but still having same food that too REFINED else previously they worked n had locally grown wholesome food

A simple remedy is to skip drinking water/alcohol/juice while eating food. 99% reduction in bloating. Or if you need to don’t drink more than a small tea cup.

suffering from bloating , fullness and tightness of abdomen when I take even half of my normal meal. So unable to take required calories resulting in malnutrition, low energy levels.....facing this issue for the past 8 years, I am now 47 years. Dr.Pal Could you please suggest me any remedy.

My gynaecologist once suggested me cut carbs 1 or 2weeks before periods to relive from bloating, stomach pain and mainly sugary items followed her advice and now I don't feel much bloated. sometimes cutting out carbs before periods lessen the cramps pain as well.( Wroked from me).
