Why does people even care if even he'd done anything to his face?? It's his face afterall so it's his choice what he'll do with. He already had gone through many things which had effected his physical and mental health. So if it's his natural face or if he had done buccal fat removal, it's completely his choice and either way his face is perfect either way.

I think he just lost weight and gained some of it back but it didn’t go to his face. I remember in October that he look a little skinnier than he usually but he seems more healthy now hence why his face looks more sculpted.
