Walk away from them when their actions constantly hurt your peace, sometimes distance is the strongest form of self-respect. Protecting your energy means valuing yourself enough to let go. I recently read and highly recommend a wonderful book on this topic, Let Your Soul Speak Through Your Eyes by Camilla Drosven, don’t sleep on it.
