Please ask him about “Talk”, the Yes album from 1994 that got lost in the midst of the grunge movement just prior to Trevor pivoting towards film scoring.
It was a brilliantly written, performed, and produced album that stands shoulder to shoulder with other Yes classics.

JOHN! Trev is my FAVE!!! Please ask...on the Talk tour I saw multitrack recording equipment on the side of the stage (Jones beach ,NY 1994)..were any of the gigs recorded? Will the recordings be released? Also: What happened to the Trevor Rabin Signature guitar released around 94..only 94 made (I have 4 of them!!!) (Yes, I know he currently endorses another brand,btw.) but STILL..what happened??

Yes. Has he ever worked with Mervyn Warren?
I’m detecting a bit of his vocal jazz arrangement stylings and voice processing in Rio, most like Mervyn Warren’s work with The Manhattan Transfer in the 2018 album The Junction. It might be coincidence, but since they both work in Hollywood in music and film music production, and may be of similar age, perhaps they know one another and have rubbed elbows professionally if not admired one another musically?
