Best practice could be… an empty chamber, ghost loaded with one on the lifter and seven in the tube. With the bolt closed on an empty chamber and seven in the tube. Retract bolt 3/4 the way back and push a shell down thru the ejection port onto lifter.
Or direct feed chamber with bolt locked to the rear and extract pushing that round down on the lifter. That flows better slightly over coming in thru the ejection port but you chamber a round is the trade off

You can get your mag +1 by putting one directly on the lifter, pushing the shell down while letting the bolt go over it. Can actually even load one in the chamber to get a ghost load of mag +2 with the same technique, though i don't recommend storing it that way for drop safety reasons. It will run without any malfunctions, I've done it a good number of times on mine.

The correct way to do this is to hit the button on the bottom of the lifter to eject a round, without pulling the trigger. The even better way is to ghost load it so you have full capacity (7+1) without the +1 being in the chamber.

Don't need to pull the trigger. There is a realease for the lifter.

You can put a round on the lifter from the breach while maintaining seven in the tube. That would be cruiser ready 7+1

Yea lots of incorrect advice in this one. Ghost loading is the proper method, although if they shotgun is difficult to ghost load then the real answer is a benelli m4.

New to shotguns i just bought this last week is it not same as ar can i store fully loaded and just safety on thats how i have all my guns well all that have safety anyways the rest r loaded and ready to roll

Hmmm there is a button on the lifter that loads a round into the lifter. I think thats the safer way to do it.
