Whether there was any misconduct remains to be officially determined. Alex is 100% guilty and will likely spend the rest of his life in prison regardless of what happens with a retrial, if there is one. But if there was interference by Hill, Alex does deserve a second trial. The same would be said of and defendant no matter what the crimes were.

I donāt believe a word she says, and she should be fired. She tried to sway the jury as much as possible without making it too obvious and she knows she did. She wanted a guilty verdict so her book can do better itās totally obvious.
