Perfect for breakfast, meal or as a side dish
You can even make it with wheat flour.
Ingredients:
Cup size - 230 ml or you can take any katori to measure everything.
Water - 3 cups
Rice flour - 1 cup
Ajwain (carom seeds) -1/2 tsp
Jeera (cumin seeds) - 1 tsp
Spicy green chilli - 3 or as per your taste
Salt as per your taste
Papad khar or baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Dhaniya ( coriander)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Tips:
1. Turn off the flame while adding flour.
2. Mix well with a belan.
3. Steam it for about 20 mins. On high to medium flame . If you are increasing the quantity the steam time will also increase.
So check with the spoon whether it is cooked well or not.
4. Serve hot.
5. Taste delicious with Desi ghee or mustard oil and methi chutney.
