Ingredients:

5 - Chicken thigh
1 tbsp - Garlic
4 cups of water
3 tbsp - White vinegar
1 tsp - Salt

Let it rest for 30 minutes
Fry for at least 6 minutes on each side

Marination:

1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
5 tbsp - Yogurt
½ - Lemon
½ - Black pepper pwd
½ tsp - Garam masala pwd
½ tsp - Chilli flakes
1 tbsp - Coriander seeds, crushed
½ tsp - Turmeric pwd
½ tsp - Red chilli pwd
1 tsp - Green chilli paste
½ tsp - Food colour
1 tsp - Salt

For steam:
1 - Cinnamon stick
7 - Green cardamom
1 - Lemon
2 - Star anise
2 - Black cardamom
