Eu entrei bem jovem….Tudo começou qnd eu tinha 18 anos fiz uma ultrassom abdominal e constou cisto que por sinal era tido como “gigante” resumindo um pouco a minha história….Com 30 dias de cirurgia senti um calorão na minha face e não menstruei ,eu achava estranho q se tomasse anticoncepcional/algum tipo de hormônios eu sangrava mas se não não …. Com meus 20 e poucos anos fiz exame hormonal e constou menopausa precoce hj estou com 43 anos e osteoporose. Estou tomando minerais , vitaminas e musculação se Deus permitir talvez eu melhore ou não venha a piorar ,pois é sabido q o problema da Osteoporose e fraturar .
