These video #effects are my favorites and this is how you make them yourself. It will look like thumbnails, but as a video. In the app CapCut you drag in your clip. Since we're using the "cut" function in this mini tutorial, it makes sense that you also have a video ready to use as a background. I have the aquarium here as an example. Then you'll select your video, go to Cut, then Remove Background, and then Cutout. There you have a few options and I like color stroke quite a bit. The features you have include size and color. Depending on how much you move in the video, the effect works really well. #capcuttutorial #cutout
