Holy shit that’s cheap maintenance. In ny it’s EASY to find a place in the upper east side in manhattan with 15 thousand dollers a month for maintenance, where all you get is a doorman. With the av price for a three bed there at like 3 mil you’re paying with a 30 year line like 30k a month. It’s insane. I mean these are like 2000 sq foot apartments so the maintenance is going to be higher, but you still get the idea of which the price you have to pay for maintained in some other places

2024 build, Omni building near Gilmore SkyTrain st I'm guessing. That's where I saw those levels of amenities. No I wouldn't want it. Buy place with basic only amenities to keep the maintenance fees low.
