I didn't get hot flashes & skin issues til years after I am in menopause ( 6-8 years..) Is it too late and how long can I take it? Can I eat tofu ( and what else ?) as a substitute and what kind of benefits does that give me ( does it perform a little like estradiol ?) thx

Estradiol helps with brain health, Osteoporosis, and bone health, and helps regulate body weight finally all this time that I would work out until I started taking this because my PCP got my hormones checked I asked him to even though he was hesitant. My estrogen levels were low that's why the mood swings, hot flashes insomnia among others. This has been a lifesaver for me. Plus I'm eating healthy not on a diet just healthy
