Yasss! Water water water! I'm not a big water drinker so I keep a 32 ounce bottle and commoted myself to drink 3 of those a day..if I don't drink all of I at least most of it. Water I another major key for weight normalization and loss (when cutting back on calories) also it helps with dehydration of your cells.oxygen to them (blood) which help Metabolism levels. Seeing this clip now..makes me want to workout on the bike. I wasn't going too..but you've motivated me too! ❤
