Take some good quality of Potatoes. Keep a steel bowl in the pressure cooker and put the washed Potatoes in the bowl and boil them by giving 2-3 whistles. Let them for cooling down and then mash the Potatoes.
Put some fine Semolina in the mashed Potatoes and then put some Corn Flour and some Salt and knead it properly. Spread some Corn Flour on the rolling board, take some part of the mashed Potatoes, apply the Butter on it and then roll it. Cut the Smileys in round shape with a Cookie Cutter. Take a straw and a spoon to make eyes and smile on the round shape. Wrap them in the Corn Flour and put the Smileys in the zip lock packet and keep them in the freezer for 2-3 hours or for overnight.
