In our last YouTube shorts, I broke down Sun Salutation A and B.

Sun C, or Surya Namaskar C, is the least practiced of the three sun salutations! But it's a fun one, and unique!

Here’s the sequence:

1. Mountain Pose
2. Arms overhead
3. Forward fold
4. Halfway lift
5. Forward fold
6. Right foot steps back, low lunge
7. Down dog
8. Plank pose
9. Knees-chest-chin
8. Cobra pose
9. Down dog
10. Right foot steps forward, low lunge
11. Forward fold
12. Halfway lift
13. Forward fold
14. Arms overhead
15. Mountain pose
Repeat on side two, left leg stepping back to low lunge, then stepping up for low lunge
This makes one round
