a good way to solve having no sleep, is trying to make yourself tired. dont do it in bed. exercise, run, move ur body a lot. tiring myself has solved my insomnia. Yes, it did. i had insomnia for over two years. after i tired myself, it got solved after a couple of days, maybe 2? but anyways, exercising or moving a lot to make yourself tired can work.

I think it's ok to become.anxious about insomnia. When it's a new experience but we all have.the power to sleep even if it's just an hour in the day you can sleep anytime you want and if you don't want to sleep at nighttime so what I kept staying awake for a long time it's up to you
