Self care is a part of my monthly routine. I need the reward for pushing myself past my limits most weeks. Crohn's disease takes so much of my energy, I feel like the massage and haircut are my way of reenergizing.

Maybe I'm not chronically ill, maybe I'm super human! Lol.
