basically chloe asked maddie if she was doing a duet and maddie replied with no but maddie thought she was talking about the one at next week’s competition because they were already talking about that in the beginning of the convo. anyways chloe was heartbroken seeing that maddie lied and maddie and paige (chloe’s bsf) dancing together. chloe told her mom and her mom was like “just know who your real friends are” and then maddie was like “i guess we’re not friends anymore” it wasn’t pour maddies fault… she thought they were talking about a different competition.

so basically maddie had a duet with kalani and im pretty sure chloe had a duet with paige and maddie didn’t know if she had a duet with kalani so she said she didn’t have a duet to chloe so then one of the moms figured out maddie and kalani had a duet and christi got all mad and talk with chloe like “you don’t need people like that as your friends” and stuff like that so then in the clip where maddie wiped a tear that was after melissa said “your still friends” so then maddie said “i guess not” and it was really sad but in the clip with kelly and abby fighting that’s a different episode and abby called the police

I completely agree. It was not Maddie’s fault, but she didn’t have a choice because Abby told basically told her to lie to Chloe about the duet.
