If you are someone who struggles with consistency in your practice, you have two options how to solve it:⠀
1️⃣make a life changing promises relying on your motivation and drive, or⠀
2️⃣pay attention to details and create supporting systems for your training.⠀
Examples:⠀
✔️If you always drag yourself to a long 1 or 2-hour training, and such duration feels ‘heavy’ on you 👉switch to a shorter 10 or 20-minute sessions.⠀
✔️If you noticed that you don’t get to your training because after the whole day of errands, you don’t have time neither energy 👉START your day with dance instead of postponing it for later (again, it doesn’t need to be long).
✔️If you catch yourself on negative self-talk every time you see your reflection in the mirror 👉invest in a couple kick-ass new outfits for training that would spark you to put them on and you will feel gorgeous during the process.⠀
✔️If you feel frustrated with how much time you waste in the beginning of your practice on simply trying to decide on what to do 👉make your practice plan prior to the session. Actually, I like to do a brief outline of my next practice right at the end of my current one.⠀
