1 dried plum

5 tbsp soy sauce
5 tablespoons of vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/3 teaspoon salt
[How to make]
Cut carrots and cucumbers into strips, and cut mizuna, mini tomatoes, and quail eggs. Boil the chicken breast in boiling water for 12 minutes over low heat. Boil the raw noodles for one minute longer than usual, and cool in ice water. The sauce is made by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, salt and oolong tea. Served and finished.

2023.7.13 この日はノンストップ おうちで世界ごはん でやっていた深川 中華 Shin の菊池シェフの料理冷やしサラダ中華を作りました。
【材料】
中華生麺 2玉
にんじん 20g
きゅうり 1/4本
水菜 1株
ミニトマト 4個
うずらの卵水煮 4個
鶏ささみ 75g
梅干し 1個
ウーロン茶 200ml
醤油 大さじ5
酢 大さじ5
砂糖 大さじ4
ごま油 小さじ2
塩 小さじ1/3
【作り方】
ニンジン、きゅうりを千切り、水菜、ミニトマト、ウズラの卵もカットしておきます。ささみは沸騰した湯に入れて弱火で12分茹でた後氷水で冷やし、手で割き、ペースト状にした梅干と和えます。生麺は通常の茹で時間より1分多めにして茹で、氷水で冷やします。タレは醤油、酢、砂糖、ごま油、塩、烏龍茶を混ぜます。盛り付けて完成です。
