In case anyone doesn't know, the reptile/amphibian keeping industry is an awesome place to find some gems, too. My local bioactive terrarium supply shop has some good ones for a fraction of the usual cost. I went to a reptile expo the other day too, and they had huge Florida beauty philos, variegated pedatum, some anthurium varieties I've never even heard of, all kinds of good stuff.

The price is fair for the maturity. It can take years to get a specimen that large. And it’ll have ALOT of bare stem at the bottom where the baby leaves have fallen off. It’ll be very tall and awkward, with the largest leave at the very top. That particular specimen is stunning, compact, mature and worth the price.
