The thicker the linseed-oil, the better.. You can get a coating that will last a couple years vs a year.. Just saying.. Awesome job on the burnt wood job π

πβ€I'd never waste all that good oil! I'd filter old engine oil! Makes a nice deep stain! O! and you can use stain in it for a colored finish, too! The bugs hate the smell & so do most critters

It's amazing how only recently, has moder man refound this burnt conditioning of wood. Pressure Treated Wood would be replaced with technique!
