I always use carrots, banana, lime, dates and ginger as my base, and a selection of sweet tasting fruits in season.
If I use oats, I cook it plainly in water because I hate its uncooked flour taste. With the excess, I put it into portions and freeze.
- Beetroot, grapes, lemon, ginger and banana.
- Pears, carrots, ginger, banana, lime and almond essence.
- Oats, banana, strawberries and cooked rhubarb
- Tangerines, banana, ginger, lime carrots and a pinch of mixed spice or orange essence
