In 2010, a YouTube user discovered strange processing traces on an official NASA image of Saturn's moons. When he increased the brightness of a photo from the Cassini probe, a huge hidden object appeared behind the moon Dione. NASA explained this as technical features, but many remained unconvinced. What was really in that image?

Dione is one of Saturn's largest moons, discovered in 1684 by astronomer Giovanni Cassini. The diameter of this icy world is 1123 km. Interestingly, the moon has a very low density - only 1.48 g/cm³, which indicates that it consists mainly of water ice with a small amount of rocky material. Dione's surface is covered with craters and mysterious bright streaks - "Dione's wispy terrain", the nature of which is still being studied by scientists. The moon's orbit is located at a distance of 377,400 km from Saturn, and it completes one orbit in 2.74 Earth days.
