I've never run into someone allergic to barley and malt, but I totally understand where you're coming from with gluten free! I'm allergic to wheat specifically, but always eat gluten free to avoid cross contamination. It's nice to see recipes with ingredients that I can use!

Im allergic to cinnamon so i get it, i stay away from things like sweet potato casserole, pumpkin pie etc because i know theres a good chance im putting my life on the line. It's not worth the risk especially with the expense of a hospital visit, ambulance ride and epi pens
