Summary: Yesterday it was good for your heart, today the World Health Organization says no amount of alcohol is good for you, and ANY amount is harmful. Go figure 🙄

People LOOOVVEEEE to buy into theories that support their bad behavior… eating grapes and pomegranates on a regular basis will yield much better results than wine. Also if people think red wine is “good for the heart” then they clearly forgetting their liver health in this situation

NO!!!!
Red wine raises your resting pulse rate and lowers your maximum pulse rate. The greater the difference, the fitter you are. These effects last for a couple of days. So if you only have a couple of glasses a week, you are in a permanent state of depleted cardio fitness.
Also, red wine contains sulphites, which nobody ever talks about. Even though there are warning labels on every bottle.

I feel like part of this video was cut off at the end. Seems like something should follow ‘if you want to drink red wine, drink red wine…’ like some guidance on amount.

My Doctor told me to drink at least one glass of wine per day... I asked Red of White... He said no difference... Just take a drink....
I think it was to calm me down as I have a disposition of being a little nervous....😁
I do enjoy a glass of watered - down white wine with a steak which is about 4 x a year....meals out....
So far....so good...

Why narrowing down to resveratrol exclusively? What about the other polyphenols in red wine?
