Overleft bananas can't eat them all before getting ruined ?

We can preserve bananas with low heat for about 45 mins. in airfryer (80-100°c).

1-Cut banana in slide shape as prefer,

I tried in 3 shapes and preferred slide in round shape.
Because I can manage better when have to flip them upside down at half way of heating.

2-I put heat 80-100°c for 15 min. then check.

Adjust the heat if see they become cooked you need to lower the heat.

Check time to time after 10-15 mins. Total time is about 45-60 mins. overall.

3-Then flip them all upside down to dry another side and continue heating until get nice dry the outter layer.

4-Aim to get them soft inside dry outside.

When done, lay them in plate and let them get cool outside with room temp. Then serve or put in container and put in the frige.

5-Important not to get them cooked or burned means the heat is too high, lower the heat,
if cannot, put the foil just cover like a roof on top of bananas can reduce the heat.

6-The point is to preserve them after process for long time in refrigerator for eating after with cool or room temp.

7-Taste like cover with syrup or honey even no honey in process of drying them....ENJOY 👍
