Hi Daria. keep up the great work! you can do it! Consistency IS the KEY . Well I know it is major for me and I think with you as well. I must be mobile moving daily 8k steps in order not to gain any weight and lose some if I add the gym to it. I struggle going to the gm and its only under a 5 minute walk to it! I got a free stationary exercise bike so I do an hour on the days I do not go (watching youtube videos like yours ;=) ).and I have lost inches and 2 sizes from being consistent both gym and bike. More the bike. Daily burn sweat works for me it seems and that is what I need to do. Diet is good I dont eat bad healthy but also allow myself to have occasional treat and even those treat are considered healthy. I just literally gave away some clothing here due to it being too big. 224 5'4" used to be 242 took months for me to really know what works for me and shows results. And consistency is what works for me. So glad you are being accountable showing it! A Trainer I once had a few years back wanted me to send her a picture of everything I ate for the day..lol how did that work for her?? idk but I guess if I showed her I am eating healthy and working out THERE should be a weight loss! so she asked me to be very honest with my food choices and not hide anything from her. There is nothing medically wrong with me , had that checked out so..no excuses! and guess what? The weight finally started coming off due to change of diet but mainly me being mobile daily. Medical weight loss doctors and nutritionists has personally told me even when i was at 195 that for me..I MUST KEEP MOVING .stay active. to walk an hour a day. And they are right! i saw the weight loss happen back then. Getting older so my body doesn't lose as fast an then you have the perimenopause ..aye.. but When i work out daily intense or casually putting that time and steps in.. I see the difference! Just gave away all my sizes 18 and some 2xl stuff! I'm now a size16 moving on to 14... one size at a time. My goal is 180lbs but honestly and realistically I would be super stoked if I could get to 200 (195lbs) and I will! LETS DO IT! best wishes love and hugs from Chicago USA!
