I have completely neglected this poor Blackstone over the winter so im stripping it down to the bare steel and reasesoning it. Not gonna like this took way more time then I thought it would and I’m definitely wearing a mask next time. But after taking most of the bad seasoning and rust off I used grapeseed oil to add 3 new layers of seasoning and you can just see that steel drink up that oil. But to finish it off I figured smashburgers would give it that final layer of fatty seasoning to get it ready for summer time.

I'm sure it was all good and clean. Seemed like some rust was left. Hopefully not. I would have gone with some onions first. Throw them out. Then make burgers.
It's probably just the camera lying, though. Looked good at the end.
