12 minutes Potato, mushrooms 5 minutes on crawfish then cut it.. add frozen corn, Brussels sprouts soak 20 minutes and we throw in a snow goose/duck boudin bag. Just poke a few holes in it let it soak 5-7 minutes pull

I boil my potatoes separate until done. Frozen corn is already cooked. I simply put the cooked potatoes, corn cobs and mushrooms in as soon as I turn off the boiler and let those soak with the crawfish or crabs. Shrimp is a much less soak time so I do a whole different process with shrimp.
