I'd like to know the recipe. I've made a version that I think is edible but it still has carbs from the cream. How do you figure that out so you can eat more than a few tablespoons?
I just used heavy cream and allulose but added grassfed beef gelatin for more protein balance with the fat. I added some vanilla bean scrapings too. Tastes great and lightly sweet.
I can literally add it to my coffee because it's the same thing I add to my coffee every morning. 2 T cream a big chunk of gelatin and a little allulose.
For the recipe I think I did 2 cups cream, 5 teaspoons of allulose, 1/2 cup liquid gelatin and the vanilla.

I am hearing conflicting things I've seen several say carnivore is great to reverse type 2 diabetes but i also see low fat plant based whole food diet may work. I need help
