💖 Ingredients: bean sprouts 300g, cooking oil 1/2T, fish sauce 1T, minced green onion 2T, salt skewer, sesame oil 1t, sesame salt 1/2T
👩🍳Recipe
1. Wash the bean sprouts and boil them with water in a pot.
2. While the water boils, chop the green onions.
3. Add cooking oil to boiling water and cook the bean sprouts for about 2 minutes.
4. Soak the bean sprouts in cold water to cool them, then use a sieve to remove the water.
5. Season with bean sprouts, minced green onions and salt.
6. Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame salt and season it one more time to complete!
