One more indian ancient drink for ladies-You can drink it for cramps, just exclude dill seeds. Boil water with Ajwain/ carom seeds , ( 1/2 spoon in one glass water). Boil it till the amount of water becomes approx half.once it is at lukewarm state & ready to drink For taste, you can add a small amount of honey only if you can't drink it in a raw form. Start this from week or 3 days prior to your cycle start time. Trust me it helps.Read NIH published Paper on Ajwaein benefits & many other published studies.

You can add a spoon of fennel seeds to one litre water and boil it down to half. Drink it for boosting milk production and helping baby's digestion. It tastes good too.

We just gave the baby the gripe water which is dill or fennel seeds ...it used to have alcohol in it in the 80s. I loved it. Lol! Theres very little iron magnesiu. or calcium in that tea though. Alfalfa seeds also make your milk more fatty if you have a hungry baby works amazingly. You get a lot more thicker milk.
