Dekho waise to kahin iska koi solution nhi mila. Bt maine jo kiya wo bata sakta. Mmaine simply Flipkart se ek aur wipro ka bulb order krke next day old wala daal kr box me return kr diya and refund aa gaya next 2 days me. And new bulb bhi. I know this process is not correct bt jb koi customer care wala ya company wala sunne ko hi nhi ready to kya kr sakte bhai apan ambani thode hain. Money matters for us
