Ingredients:
1-1/3 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. butter, room temp
5 Tbl. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
4-1/2 c. flour
1 Tbl. quick rise yeast
Filling:
1-1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbl. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted
Icing:
3-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 to 5 Tbl. milk, adjust for desired consistency
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bread machine in order listed. Use the dough setting.
2. When done, move to lightly floured surface. Split in 2 and set one aside.
3. Roll out dough into a rectangular shape. Spread half of the melted butter out evenly and sprinkle half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture evenly.
4. Roll from the long edge and slice into approximately 1 inch sections.
5. Place in greased pan, cover loosely, and let rise for 25-30 minutes.
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 17-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
6. Mix icing and spread over warm rolls so it melts into them.
