Hey @maxthemeatguy I love you and your channel, and I wanted to support by buying the variety 4 pack of jerky …my excitement quickly went away while trying them. The Sichuan Chicken was almost gelatinous when bit into. The Buffalo Chicken and Maple Burnt I did enjoy and would give both a 7.5 out of 10 but I wasn’t thrilled with the quality of the texas bbq and sichuan chicken, with all that being said I will continue to support the channel and hope the recipes become more dialed in for future batches. Love from Massachusetts
