Hi, it's finally the time to live the life you always wanted now in the summer!

First step: Rest.  First of all, I hope all of us to find a few days to rest and relax in order to recharge. It's very common to feel tired in the summer because we carried on our shoulders the stress and the overworking the whole year. So, we have to prepare our body for the autumn by following a balanced diet and additionally by prioritizing sleep.

Step 2: Goal setting.  The second step is to take a notebook and write what we would like to achieve this summer. I believe that the best season to write our goals is in the summer, because especially on these days, that we don't have responsibilities regarding work, we can think what we would do in our life if we had more time.
Number one: Physical State
Number two: A creative hobby.
Number three: Quality time with your friends and family.

Step 3: Reduce social media usage.  The goal of the summer holidays is to stop doing what you were doing all year. And one of the ways to relax your brain is to reduce spending time on social media, and being on a laptop watching films or TV series.

Step 4. Stay productive.  If you have your own business, or if you are a student, and you have to study for the upcoming exams, then you need to study or work. For example, now in the summer, even if I don't have to give a lecture at the university, because the semester is over, but I write two research papers to be published in international scientific journals. And I conduct experiments in the evaluation section. Working in the summer is a personal choice and I've always worked during the summer holidays, but if you believe that it doesn't fit your lifestyle, then you could only relax and find a creative hobby without working at all, and it's ok. The goal is to listen to your body and rest if you want to.

Step 5: Prepare for the autumn.  Additionally, it is very essential to be prepared for the autumn season.
The goal of this summer is to focus on yourself and to spend quality time with your loved ones, leaving every stressful activity.
