What I drink in a day to support my health ☕️💛
- Morning: roasted dandelion root tea w/ a dash of wildflower local honey & unsweetened organic almond milk 🌼
Dandelion root benefits digestion but also liver health (which then supports proper detoxification which is a VERY important especially those with the MTHFR gene mutation)
- Throughout the day: reverse osmosis water with electrolytes 💦
RO water is literally PLAIN water with no minerals so it is very important to replenish it with minerals/electrolytes. I LOVE Nectar packets! They are clean ingredient and give the water a nice subtle flavor without all the unnecessary sugar (like other electrolyte brands). Minerals are ESSENTIAL for all around good health (from hormonal health to even hair health)
- Midday snack: Ora Organic vegan chocolate protein shake 🍫
We have been using and loving Ora’s protein powder for years now! Not only do they have 22g of protein per serving but it also has a digestive enzyme and superfoods/greens blend in it! Obviously protein is essential for muscle repair and building and many other processes within our body.
