He’s just a worried neighbor. If I heard from one of my neighbors had a bad disease that made them stay in their yard I’ll be worried too. He doesn’t seem like a stalker and he’s openly tried his best to stop watching it but he’s just worried and concerned neighbor it’s not bad for him to be worried
