You're an amazing hairdresser. You're humble be pompous. I've dealt with the latter.8th month of pregnancy a hairdresser over processed my highlights. My hair broke off everywhere. When I realized this happened I went back. He told me that I must've not told him everything about the history of my hair(b.s btw). That's the same guy that told me during the initial consult that my hair was strong enough to even take going platinum. Thankfully I decided against that. I suspect his method would've made it break off at the scalp. Thank you for admitting your mistakes, and standing by your client. I've so much respect for you.
