Depression is tough, I've dealt with it a lot in my life. But i agree that we need to do everything we can to take care of ourselves mentally, physically and spiritually. I really on fitness and the love of my family to overcome depression.
Perspective is huge as well, I 100% agree that its important to see how good I have it and how much harder life is for so many people.
I never feel sorry for myself and don't make excuses, and i still suffer from depression. I can't explain why, but i fight through. Just like results in the gym, i face it head on with hardwork and discipline.
