I'm really glad beauty gurus like you are comparing and even questioning these duos. I'm tired of the makeup industry thinking I'll just buy something no matter the price simply because it's got a fancy brand name on it or because they say it's worth the price. These singles at $25+ or duos at $42 are ridiculous. I think even indie brands at $15+ for singles are too much. I've had your Stonned palette favorited for a while, I might get it for myself for Christmas.

i swear everytime someone swatches those ta shadows im expecting to be wowed either by different lighting method etc. but each and everytime i just cant/dont see why ppl are going gaga over them. thanks!

I actually prefer the pallete diamond to the Ta one, more pearl coloured, less silver. Im a sucker for pearly white shades, love that type of finish.

This is a revelation. I have been swooning over the new Patrick Ta duos but the price is hard to rationalize. This Get Stonned palette looks incredible and is on early Black Friday sale right now, plus I love supporting small businesses. I would love to see an in-depth review video comparing these shadows to other shimmer shadows and with different looks. :)
