Any millet of your choice - 1/2 cup
Boiled potato - 1
Onion - 1
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chat masala ( optional )
Salt
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves ( optional )
Ghee
METHOD :
Start by washing and soaking your millets for 2 hours.
Now drain the millets .
Take a kadai and add in some ghee . Sauté the millets for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Now add in the required water and cook the millets in low flame.
Fluff it and keep it aside.
Now take a bowl and add in the boiled potatoes , onion , curry leaf, coriander leaves along with the masalas .
Season it with some salt.
Now add in the cooked millet .
Mix everything together .
Make small tikkis out of it.
Take a pan and grease it with some ghee .
Now add in the tikkis and cook it on medium flame.
Flip it occasionally .
Cook until both sides are done .
Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
