Receita ❤: Numa frigideira, colocar um fio de azeite, meia cebola pequena e 3 dentes de alho. Temperar com uma pitada de sal. Deixar refogar até a cebola ficar macia. Juntar 2 tomates médios cortados aos cubos e umas folhas de manjericão. Regar com meio copo de vinho branco. Deixar o álcool evaporar. Temperar os hambúrgueres com sal e pimenta preta e juntar à frigideira. Deixar cozinhar dos dois lados. Adicionar queijo por cima dos hambúrgueres e deixar derreter com a tampa por cima.
