Mans spitting facts. Thats my exact ranking because of the steps they teach you. E30 to teach you how to slide, ae86 to teach you how to keep momentum, and e92 to teach you speed control. I started assetto on my xbox with my g920 so ive been at the bottom. Learning is definitely hard as hell but i promise you if you push through, its worth the reward

Once you get into mods it gets much better imo. I started with the e30 then moved to bdc (started with the 350z). Now I primarily use the corvette VDC. But I tandem and mess around with the bdc cars and the ae86, e30 and some others too. Tandems with vdc is fun too but the lower hp cars are a lot more chill. Started with a g29 (mainly Carx since I struggled to find ac settings) then moved to an all Simagic and custom aluminum rig. I would highly suggest to upgrade if you can even if it’s just to a thrustmaster. Makes the experience 10x better and more fun. Also once I was able to run a whole track (tamworth uk streets was my favorite with bdc cars) I started trying the left foot braking, I think that’s a very important step to going to tandems mainly so you can adjust and back off someone if you need too.
